Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in the presence of the delivery man at the time of delivery.
The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange a product, you may do so within 2-3 days of receiving the item.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
The shipping cost for sending the product back and re-delivering the exchanged product will be borne by the customer.
Once we receive the product, we will process the exchange and dispatch the new item as soon as possible.
