Return & Exchange Policy

At Mart Pacific, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

Returns:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in the presence of the delivery man at the time of delivery.
  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
  • The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange a product, you may do so within 2-3 days of receiving the item.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The shipping cost for sending the product back and re-delivering the exchanged product will be borne by the customer.
  • Once we receive the product, we will process the exchange and dispatch the new item as soon as possible.
