Delivery Time: We aim to deliver all orders within 2-3 business days across Bangladesh. This applies to both Dhaka and other regions of the country. Delivery times may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, such as public holidays or adverse weather conditions.
Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information or the recipient being unavailable, our courier partner will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Additional shipping charges may apply if re-delivery is required.
Order Changes or Cancellations: You may request to change or cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order is shipped, no changes can be made, and cancellations are no longer accepted.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the order and the delivery location. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount, which will be mentioned on our website during promotions.
Inside Dhaka: Delivery charge is 70 Tk
Outside Dhaka: Delivery charge is 120 Tk
Courier Service: We collaborate with trusted courier services to ensure the timely and secure delivery of your products. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Order Tracking: After placing an order, you will be able to track its status through the courier’s tracking system.
